    2. Gara Bridge Lane reports of suspected unauthorised occupation of caravan
    3. SHDC have GRANTED the following planning permissions:
      • 3058/59 17/1377/07/CU Change of use of agricultural building to include leisure (occasional stabling of horses) subject to their not being used for business or commercial uses - the reason being to restrict the character and volume of traffic to the site. Also the manege shall only be used by people with horses grazing at the site and usual pollution terms apply.
      • 3060 17/1362/07/F Little Orchard Cottage Diptford two storey extension subject to good design practice in respect of the age and character of the development.
      • 3061/62 17/1071/07/F & 17/1070/07/LB Lower Coombe Diptford conversion of existing garage/workshop to living accommodation & Listed Building consent subject to good design practice in respect of the age and character of the development.
      • 3063/64 17/0744/07/F & 17/0745/07/LB Redundant Barn Lower Bearscombe Farm, Halwell resubmission application for conversion of barn to dwelling subject to many conditions relating to use of vernacular materials and good design practice due to age & character.
