    1. 17/1410/06/F The Copse Curtisknowle - retrospective planning application for extension to house & construction of garage. The council had no objection to this scheme however they asked the clerk to convey to SHDC that they felt retrospective applications should be penalised in some way.
    2. 17/1373/06/F Willowbrook Diptford construction of porch & alterations to window - the council supported this application.
    3. 17/1337/06/F High Marks Barn Woodleigh alterations to roof of barn - the council supported this application.
    5. The council also noted the following planning correspondence:
    1. Hedgerow removal notice - various sites - Fishacre to Choakford Gas Pipeline.
    2. 17/0876/06/F Badgers Holt Curtisknowle granted construction of porch etc
    3. 17_38/0663/06/F Mill House, leat - hydro-generating plant refused as insufficient information on the potential ecological impact had been submitted
