1. Election of Chairman for the year 2006/7: Cllr Foster was proposed by Cllr Franklin and seconded by Cllr Hill, there were no further nominations, the vote passed unanimously, Cllr Foster accepted the post for the year.
2. Election of Vice-Chairman for the year 2006/7: Cllr Franklin was proposed by Cllr Hill and seconded by Cllr Preston-Day, there were no further nominations, the vote passed unanimously, Cllr Franklin accepted the post for the year.
