Who can use the service?

The Diptford Community Car Scheme has been established to provide a service for elderly, disabled or isolated people who have difficulty in using public transport, The service is available to parishioners of Diptford and provides for individual ‘one-off’ journeys, for the purpose of hospital visiting, doctors, dentist or chiropody appointments etc. Transport is provided by volunteer drivers using their own cars.
Roger Burton Chairman/Secretary.

If you can spare a little time occasionally, own a car, and would like to be a volunteer driver, the Co-ordinators would be pleased to hear from you. A mileage rate is paid.
